Salary: $70K–$80K DOE (up to $85K for strong experience) + Bonus potential up to 14%

Responsibilities of Wealth Management Associate:
- Assist with the administration of client accounts, including onboarding, transfers, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and help build trusted relationships.
- Coordinate and prepare for client meetings.
- Generate performance reports and statements.
- Support onboarding of new clients and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate closely with client service team members and other internal teams.
- Provide general office and operational support to ensure exceptional client experience.
Qualifications of Wealth Management Associate:
- 3–5 years of business experience, preferably in financial services or client support roles.
- Experience with custodian paperwork and processes (Charles Schwab a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Notary Public a plus, but not required
